Dedicated 9000C model with HART pass through feature, (available in AP only) compatible with 2-wire transmitter, allows user to configure HART compatible transmitters without disrupting HART signals and wirings.

Masibus 9000E is compact DIN rail mount Signal Isolator which is used to isolate 4-20mA Analog Field Signals. Separate Inbuilt Transmitter Power supply is available in each channel to energise the 2-wire field Transmitter, and this will eliminate the requirement of external Transmitter Power Supply. 9000E is suitable for 2-W and 4-W Field Transmitters.

9000E is available in one and two channel options. Both channels are isolated from each other. 9000E is highly accurate, have low Temperature drift and fast response time. It allows bidirectional HART signal communication between the field transmitter and HART Communicator.

9000E have slim design which occupy less space and accommodate more number of Signal Isolators in single panel. The Power consumption of device is very less which eliminate the Bulky power supply requirement.

Masibus Linearized Thermocouple RTD Field Interface module have 8 nos of independent Thermocouple or Pt-100 RTD (3W) input channels. All 8 channels have factory set either Current or Voltage Output signal. Optionally offered Windows based User friendly mTRAN configuration software allows user to configure each channel for different type of TC/RTD input. Field interface module has channel wise open sensor indication that allows user to identify channel wise faults.

The interface modiules are built using the latest Technology to deliver high performance in Accuracy, Resolution, Stability and Isolation.

Masibus Manufacturer of The mUSB232 & mUSB485 which is a family of communication devices. The USB media converters provide a simple method of adapting Industrial and commercial serial devices with RS232/485 interface to modern USB ports. Each media converters contains a small electronic circuit board mounted inside a rugged plastic enclosure capable of withstanding industrial temperature ranges. The integrated electronics also include RS232/RS485 level shifters and Tx/Rx LEDs to provide a visual indication of data traffic through the media converter.

The Cable incorporates a standard USB-A device connector for connection to an upstream host or hub port. RS232-level signals, including modem handshake signals, are available on an industry standard DE-9P connector cable. The RS232-level data rate range is 300 baud to 1 M baud.

Masibus’ 409-W Strain Gauge Indicator accepts strain gauge signal form strain gauge sensors such as load cells, pressure transducers and torque sensors and provide alarms, indicates value and also converts into selected DC voltage or current output allowing direct connection to PLC’s, dataloggers & displays. 5-digit, 0.56” red seven segment display facilitates the user to monitor Strain gauge value. It displays field settable Gross or Net value.

409-W Strain Gauge Indicator,Load cell indicator accepts field selectable load cell input ranging from -75 to 75mV DC. It has built-in factory set load cell excitation voltage selectable from 5 to 15V DC. Tare adjustment can be done through keypad / digital input. 409-W Strain Gauge Indicator also provides relay output for alarm. 9000Ex-31 and 9000Ex-32 are single-channel Smart Current Drivers that provide a galvanically isolated 4–20 mA signal to the hazardous area, corresponding to a 4–20 mA input signal from the safe area. They repeat the current signal in another floating circuit to drive a hazardous area load, using isolating transformers that provide galvanic isolation. The Smart Current Driver operates SMART I/P converters, electric valves, and positioners in hazardous areas. It features high output capacity combined with a low voltage drop across its input terminals.
9000Ex-31 and 9000Ex-32 are DIN-rail mount Smart Current Drivers with a width of 17.6 mm. These Smart Current Drivers are classified as associated apparatus. Connections to the safe area and hazardous area are located on opposite sides of the enclosure, using plugs and sockets. Additionally, hazardous area terminals are color-coded in blue for easy identification.
It restricts the transfer of energy from unspecified non-hazardous area apparatus to intrinsically safe circuits by limiting voltage and current. The apparatus also enables bi-directional signal communication between hazardous and non-hazardous areas through the connection of a HART communicator.
Process controllers with a readback facility can detect open or short circuits in the field wiring. In the event of a fault condition, the current drawn at the input terminals drops to a preset level. 9000Ex-31 having similar construction to the 9000Ex-32 variant with same input and output parameters but have a short circuit fault detection feature unlike 9000Ex-32.

FDU has up to 3 dedicated 4-digit seven-segment, 0.56” Red LED displays to display PRE, FINE and HEPA Filters readings.

Masibus model LC5296-XP-DC FLP Dual channel Indicator cum controller or dual channel on-off temperature controller is certified for the use in Zone 1 of Gas group I, IIA & IIB Hazardous areas. LC5296-XP-DC is available in compact enclosure designed with Touch Sensitive Keys to give full programmability and ease of operation. It accepts RTD/ mA/ Volt input and provides two relay outputs to perform various control and alarm functions. Masibus MFT20 is a cost effective with versatile capabilities for electrical parameter monitoring and communication. It measures all sought of electrical parameters including voltage, current, PF, power
and energy. All essential measuring values can be programmed to the output and are available through Modbus communication, the connection of the input signals can be freely programmed for 3 phase 3 wire as well as 3 phase 4 wire, for both balanced and unbalanced load.

High sampling rate and true RMS measurement gives accurate reading under all harmonic conditions; measured electrical parameters in MFT can be converted to equivalent current or voltage signals. These signals can be flexibly assigned upto two analog O/P channels. Any parameter can be assigned to any channel as well as single parameter can be assigned to multiple channels. MFT has isolated interface between device’ internal electronics and field to ensure personal safety.

Based on field requirement MFT20 offers various accuracy class options like class 0.2 / class 0.5 accuracy as per IEC 60688.

MFT20 replaces a number of conventional single function transducers and thus reduces the inventory.

More than basic metering, it provides THD measurements, maximum demand and optionally a programmable pulse output.

Multifunction transducer stores energy and programmed parameters into non-volatile memory.

MFT can be further connected to SCADA network, PLC, other indicating instruments and monitoring systems via RS-485 Modbus RTU port.
