Masibus Model 5040 / 5040-XP single loop controller is much more than a temperature controller capable for complex and demanding process control applications. It has accessibility of both hardware and software features in compact size making it a highly configurable product, offering many features found in costly programmable controllers. Model 5040 is available in Panel mount option, whereas 5040-XP is available in Ex-proof, Wall mount Dual Compartment enclosure.5040 / 5040-XP accepts all analog process inputs like Thermocouple, RTD, Current and Voltage as well as 4 digital inputs, remote set point and feedback resistance input. A comprehensive controlling can be implemented using four relays, four digital outputs and two analog output with any of required control algorithm like auto-tune PID controller,Temperature controller, On-off temperature controller or Motorized valve control.
5040 / 5040-XP offers field configurable Control outputs comprising of Relay o/p, SSR o/p & Analog o/p. It has a total 4 Relay o/p providing a combination of alarm control output based on application requirement.
5040 / 5040-XP offers 4 nos of open collector digital o/p used for various Alarm diagnostic o/p such as PV Input open, RS input open and VPFB Input open.
Using RS485 interface desired parameters configuration and status can be communicated to SCADA/ PLC/ DCS applications. Important process values can be re-transmitted as any standard current or voltage signal.
It has Fail-safe Design protecting the process in case of system malfunctioning. PID 5040/5040-XP – Universal input temperature controller is used as a Ratio Controller, Cascade controller, Process Controller, motorized valve process controller, Auto tune PID controller , ON-OFF temperature controller in different applications.

Masibus PID Controller series TC5396 and TC5348 are designed to offer advanced performance at a competitive price, the controller comes with a Large White LED display plus 10 segment bargraph for display of MV, universal input, multiple output options, ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as plastic processing machines, packaging machinery and food processing applications. The controller has four relay outputs which can be configured as control, auxiliary and alarm.

PID Controller series TC5396 and TC5348 improve process efficiency and quality, input is truly universal, configurable for any thermocouple, RTD or mA/Volt. All inputs and outputs parameters are accessible over modbus communication interface option, retransmission option can be used for recording/datalogging.

PID Controller series TC5396 and TC5348 have an advanced auto-tuning function and can be set-up in different control modes from on-off, PID and valve position control without feedback, control
output type options include relay, SSR and analog, manual mode override allows operator to manually control the process.

PID Controller series TC5396 and TC5348 have extended alarm capability, 15 different alarm modes are possible for each alarm output, the four relays can be configured for control output or alarm based on the actuator type.
